All Contestants in the Cumberland County 4th of July Pageant can add the Eastern Elegance Pageant for just $45. The best part? Your beauty score will count for both pageants, making it an easy and exciting way to maximize your chances of winning. Judging will happen for both pageants at the same event on July 26, 2025.
When you Enter Both Pageants, Here's How it will work.....
Pageant Entry Fees & Competitions:
✅ Cumberland County 4th of July Pageant – $85 (Basic Registration)
✔ Includes Beauty & Patriotic Wear Competitions
✅ Option to ADD the Eastern Elegance Pageant – $45
✔ Your Beauty score will be used for both pageants, you do not need to come out on stage again for Beauty if you add the Eastern Elegance Competition. However, you will participate in the Outfit of Choice Competition...this will count for your Eastern Elegance Score.
✅ Majestic Competition Option – $50
✔ The Majestic Winner is crowned based on the highest overall score from all competitions at each show! To enter this Competition, you must enter both pageants plus Majestic!
What is Outfit of Choice?
Outfit of Choice is ANYTHING you want to model in on stage. However, it should NOT be the same as your Patriotic Wear.
Will the pageant take much longer with two pageants going on at the same time?
- No, It will only take a few minutes longer because all scores overlap for both pageants except for the Outfit of Choice. When you enter the Eastern Elegance Pageant, your score Beauty Score will count for both pageants.
- When you enter Both Pageants, you will need a Pageant dress/(formal suit or tux for boys), a Patriotic Outfit, and an Outfit of Choice (anything).
- When you enter Majestic, you will be added into all the other categories of competition, but you do not have to come out on stage an extra time (the categories are just added to the score sheet). All you need to do is BRING your 8x10 photo to rehearsal for the Photogenic Competition.
If you win your agE group in the 4th of July Pageant, will you automatically win in Both Pageants?
- Not necessarily, because Patriotic Wear Counts for the 4th of July pageant, and Outfit of Choice counts for the Eastern Elegance Pageant. It will depend on the scores.
- Everything counts for Majestic.
- You could win two titles if your scores are the highest for both pageants.
ALL previous 4th of July and Eastern elegance queens and Kings can enter this year because.....
Last Year, we did not have these two pageants, so there are no current titleholders. This is WHY we are having BOTH together to get these two titles back on track! Be sure to take advantage of this option.
What is the Order of Competitions for the pageant?
Photogenic is Judged BEFORE the Pageant.

The Crowing of Winners. (Stay in your pageant/formal wear for the crowing)
Can I Enter the Eastern Elegance Pageant without Entering the 4th of July PagEant?
No, the 4th of July Pageant must be entered first. You can enter JUST the 4th of July Pageant or both pageants.
Are there any Discounts?
There is a family discount. If someone in your household is also in the pageant, you get $20 off starting with the second entry.

If you enter the Eastern Elegance pageant, Outfit of choice is Anything within good taste.

Rehearsal
Rehearsal will be held at the same location at the pageant! The location is the Dream Center, soon to be renamed as: Dream Girl Events Center
3035-G Boone Trail, Fayetteville, NC.
Rehearsal is on Wednesday, July 23. Rehearsal is not required, but all photogenic photos are due by the rehearsal. You can arrange to drop off your photo earlier, or mail it, if you are not attending the rehearsal.
Ages 0 - 6 5:30 PM
Ages 7 and up @ 7:00 PM
Rehearsal is not required, but it certainly can help, especially if you have never competed in this system!
Contestants do not need to wear their competition attire to rehearsal, but they might want to wear the shoes they'll be competing in to practice on stage.
Please ONLY attend ONE rehearsal.
Majestic Competition
There will be an Overall Majestic Winner from each collective group below:
Ages Birth - 6 Years @ 3:00 PM Pageant
Ages 7 - up @ 6:30 PM Pageant
Required Majestic Competitions are:
Best Smile, Best Attire, Best Modeling/Personality, and Photogenic.
The highest combined score of all competitions in the entire pageant during your show time wins the Overall Majestic Award. This will also include Beauty, Patriotic Wear, Outfit of Choice, and all the Majestic Categories.

Notes about the pageant!
If one show is smaller or larger than anticipated, we reserve the right to move the show's time slightly. This could affect your show-up time on pageant day. Either way, the contestants will only compete against their original age category! All our changes are always and only in your favor and to your advantage! In rare cases, when this happens, we will contact you by the day after registration closes. We'll only do this to save time and efficiency for you, our audience, and judges.
For example, if we have large numbers, we could add a third pageant for the oldest age group later in the day, or your show time might be adjusted slightly. Please plan to be flexible. Remember, you will know WELL in advance if this happens.

- If you enter Majestic, we will need your photo by the Rehearsal! If you do not attend the Rehearsal, you must send your photo or arrange with Donna for it to be received before the Rehearsal.
What are the Two Main Competitions?
The Required competitions are:
Beauty (Formal wear) and Patriotic Wear.
Beauty is your classic pageant walk (no rountines please). Patriotic Wear is an freestyle modeling competiion. Routines are welcome in this phase of competition.
If you enter Eastern Elegance, you will add Outfit of Choice and it is freestyle modeling! It does not Need to be patriotic. It can be anything! Have fun!
